    • Core classes of from CI-TRAIN Lecture Series (ex. Razor 101) as needed or requested
  2. Final meeting of the project
    • EPSCoR joint meeting request between Track 1 and 2 in Arkansas by Gail McLure. To occur in Fayetteville or Little Rock
    • Proposed meeting Aug. 12-15
    • 1 day and a half for CI-TRAIN purposes, join up with Track 1 and have alternate training on Aug. 14.
    • Jack C. will speak with Gail M.
  3. End date of CI-TRAIN: August 31, 2012
    • Considering asking for a 6-month no-cost extension
    • West Virginia & Arkansas in accord with this action

Intro to Hadoop on Gordon
On January 31, the San Diego Supercomputer Center offers a no-fee introductory training workshop on Hadoop and its use in scientific and data intensive computing.

XSEDE Allocation Submissions Open
XSEDE is accepting Research Allocation Requests for the allocation period, April 1, 2013 to March 31, 2014. The submission period ends January 15, 2013.

OpenACC GPU Programming Workshop
The Pittsburgh Supercomputing Center, the National Institute for Computational Sciences and Georgia Tech will present an OpenACC GPU programming workshop on January 15 and 16, 2013.
