Weather and Climate Supercomputer Coming to Fairmont

The West Virginia High Technology Consortium Foundation will be hosting this NOAA-managed supercomputer at their Fairmont, WV, facilities. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration will be building a $350 million Environmental Security Computing Center. This center is expected to meet their national weather forecasting and climate modeling goals.
