Dr. Jose Ulises Toledo is the Associate Dean and interim Associate Director of Research at West Virginia State University’s Gus R. Douglass Institute.  One of Toledo’s primary roles in his current capacities is to continue developing and further enhance research infrastructure and programming at the University.  Toledo is a Natural and Social Scientist in Natural Resources and Environmental Sciences, and Business and Economics, respectively.  Current research deals with the study of technology transfer in the field of bioengineering and biotechnology.  As the campus administrative champion, Toledo’s role in the CI-TRAIN is to continue promoting infrastructure associated with supercomputing applications and visualization capabilities; which result in the overall enhancement of research at the University.
